1. Booking & Payments

Appointments: Advanced booking is required. Please arrive on time; arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling or a late fee.
Deposits: A non-refundable $30 deposit is required for certain services to secure your slot.
Cancellations: A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations to avoid the loss of your deposit or additional fees.
Payments: Full payment is due immediately following your service via Cash, Zelle, Cash App, or Card.

2. Client Preparation & Conduct

Hair Preparation: Please arrive with your hair clean, dry, and fully detangled. Additional fees will apply if extra preparation is required.
Children: Must remain calm and seated. Services may be declined if a child is unable to sit still.
Belongings: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced items.

3. Safety Protocols

Hot Water Dipping: You must remain completely still. Do not move your head or reach for towels until instructed to avoid severe burns.
Sharp & Heat Tools: Avoid sudden movements while scissors, needles, or heat tools are in use.
Health & Guests: Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell. No extra guests allowed unless pre-approved.

4. Service & Refund Policy

Reporting Issues: Any concerns must be reported within 72 hours (3 days) of your appointment.
Refunds: Please note that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Retouches: An additional fee will apply for all retouches, depending on the hairstyle and damage.

⚠️SAFETY NOTICE

Your safety is important to us. Please follow these salon safety guidelines:

1. Hot Water Safety (Very Important) During braiding services, we use hot water to seal and smooth the braids.

To prevent injuries:

  • Do NOT shake or move your head during or immediately after the hot-water dipping process.
  • Remain still while the stylist dips the braids.
  • Do not reach for the towel, bowl, or braids until the stylist instructs you.
  • Report any discomfort immediately.

This helps avoid burns, splashes, and accidents from extremely hot water.

2. Styling Tools Safety

  • Avoid sudden movements while stylists are using scissors, needles, razors, flat irons, or hot combs.
  • Keep your hands away from your hair during styling unless instructed.

3. Product & Scalp Sensitivity: If you have allergies, tenderness, or sensitive scalp issues, please notify the stylist before your service begins.

4. Health & Hygiene

  • Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling sick.
  • We sanitize all tools, chairs, and stations between each client.
  • No additional guests unless previously approved.

Hair Service & Complaint Policy

All clients are kindly advised that any concerns or complaints regarding hair services must be reported within 72 hours (3 days) after the appointment.
Please note that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If a retouch is requested, an additional fee will apply, and the cost will depend on the hairstyle and the level of damage or adjustment required. This policy helps us maintain fairness and quality service for all clients.
